No law states it's legal to shoot an unarmed suspect fleeing an order to stop. The cop that shot her was NOT in danger of being run over .... the video clearly shows him approaching the vehicle as it's turning.

One of the first rules of law enforcement in these kinds of situations (and of common sense) is: Do not stand in front of a vehicle which may attempt to flee. I can tell you that if a law enforcement person approached my car the way that first guy approached her car and attempted to force his way in...I probably would attempt to get out of there.

These people are fucking nuts...and so are all you people trying to make this seem like a reasonable move on the part of the shooter.

If an officer told you to get out of the car , you would... Why people believe that they can do anything they want and then call it social justice is beyond me... Apparently , this girl had been there all day... Being a legal observer whatever that is.... Find a different way to earn your money If you care about your family.... Her social media page said she was "experiencing Minnesota"... She was there for all the wrong reasons.....And it didn't work out well....
