Vitter Confronted By Rape Victim

you're as bad as PMP....start losing a debate, then run away and claim you're ignoring what i have to say....which in this case, i used the words directly from YOUR link as to what the WH said....

wuss

LOL @ ibgayguy having a hissy fit from his latest failure. :good4u:

Ass slapping each other for ignoring a lie doesn't make it anything but a lie.

Find me a quote where Obama opposes the amendment. That's exactly what Vitter said, and it's a complete fabrication.

for those that aren't afraid of the truth like ib1:

UPDATE: North Carolina GOP Sen. Richard Burr's spokesman David Ward sends in this statement: "Senator Burr believes violence against women is despicable and intolerable, and those who have committed or abetted such heinous crimes should be subjected to the full weight of the law. Unfortunately, the Franken amendment would not do anything to protect women from violence or to punish criminals. If it had, Senator Burr would certainly have voted for the amendment. Instead, rather than protect women from rape, the Franken amendment prohibits contractors who have employment arbitration agreements with their employees from being paid for the work they have done for the military. In fact, the Obama Defense Department opposed the amendment. As current federal law states and the courts have already upheld in the Jones case, arbitration agreements are non-binding when it comes to criminal acts, like rape. Unfortunately, the Franken amendment was a cynical attempt by the trial lawyers to eliminate arbitration agreements, which limit their fees, behind the guise of protecting women."

he can't provide a quote from obama or his spokespeople saying he actually supported the amendment as is....all ib1 has given is obama saying they do not support the amendment as is due to enforcement issues....thus, obama did not support the amendment as is

Be a man for once in your miserable, despicable life and admit that you have been pwned, you faggot.

he gets the brown and pink one....

it cracks me up, without fail, when he can't debate the point, he runs away from me like a 10 year old girl with a crush who just poked my leg....

But, but, he said he wit until Obama maned-up before he would man-up.

Since he was lying about Obama, yeah. AWESOME.

The defense department expressed reservations, but the white house supported it.
The White House supported the intent, but wanted to make sure it was enforceable.

BTW - I also agree with the intent, but it went further than just allowing such assaults to be outside arbitration and covered almost any instance at all.

... which is nothing at all like "Obama didn't support the amendment."

Which wasn't my argument. I was simply being accurate, it is also nothing like, "Obama supported the Amendment" and it is far more in between the two.

Now the Obama Department of Defense did not support it and in fact worked actively against it.
