1) Testing is becoming more available, so positive cases ARE GOING to go up.

2) Democrats are enabling people to burn down cities over fake racial victimhood, so it MAKES SENSE that actual new cases would also spike.

3) It doesn't MATTER if cases go up for a virus with a kill rate of two-tenths of one percent (less than the ordinary flu).
