Very nice story. The lad deserved the job. However the fact that it was such a remarkable story shows that not many 18 year olds would do similar. That is a shame. perhaps now they will.

Freak made a strawman in cawacko's thread on Oakland and I returned the favor. Mine is much more applicable to freak's position though. He has the guts/stupidity (likely the latter) to openly support racial profiling while Zimmerman used the weather as an absurd pretext for suspicion. According to freak, if you are black that is sufficient cause to suspect you of any crimes committed by blacks. I am certain there were some crimes reportedly committed by white males in this area but one would agree it would have been ridiculous for anyone to suspect this young man of those crimes. For racist dirtbags it only seems rational to engage in wild speculation about some people.

This isnt something that should be out of the ordinary though. I agree he was dedicated enough to do this, but its relative to our timeframe. I used to hear parents/elders always speaking about this! I've done some 5 mile walks to get less.
