:rofl: Dixie, most people will call you names, but I understand completely. The "cow college" is never one I want to cheer for.
 
Dixie's wife/cousin couldn't get into auburn so he holds a grudge.
It's an SEC world and the Pac 10 pussies are just living in it.
The Ducks did a much better job than Ohio Slow, they put up a good fight.

Considering Alabama's recent history of cheating themselves, I don't think you have much room to talk.

Exactly why I root for teams from the South when they play teams from the North. Thanks Auburn.

That said, the teams were evenly matched. Good game.

And as an aside I thought it was funny that Brent Musberger had a little premature jockularity when they guy tipped the pass around and ended up catching it and looked like he would score.. "Touchdown!!...No, wait, it appears they have caught him." There's that Oregon speed for you. ;) Then they couldn't even punch it in.

He recovered in a millisecond from that - I was impressed. He didn't even give an "oops" or anything...just kept on going.

Pretty good game, overall. I thought it was kind of too bad that a freak play like that big run had to decide it, but that happens...

It was a freak play, wasn't it. Kudos to the sideline for encouraging him to keep running. I've seen that same thing happen in the pro games 2 or 3 time this year. It was indeed a good game. Newton wasn't great but he was good. The Oregon QB looked good as well...even more accurate. On at least 2 occasions Newton cost his team touchdowns with poor throws. The low throw in the endzone and missing the guy who had 8 yards on the DB down the sideline.

Considering Ohio Slow's current history of cheating, I don't think you have much room to talk about how much room I have to talk. We did our time, still not convinced we did the crime, but it's water under the bridge now. Meanwhile, someone we all know, will probably be losing scholarships next year.

For tattoos? Really Mott? Tattoos? :clap:
 
I would like to congradulate myslef for the adoption of Ohio slow (I coined it), which now joins my worth nothing list of created slang (turbo-lib is mine too)
