I'm happy to report to Bill O'Reilly, that people are starting to finally take this War on Christmas seriously, and starting to fight back against the christmas-haters.

Four Jewish subway riders who wished other people Happy Hanukkah were pelted with anti-Semitic remarks before being beaten, New York police and prosecutors said. The incident was being investigated as a possible hate crime.

The four were on a train in Manhattan on Friday night, during the eight-day Jewish Festival of Lights, when they were approached by a group of 10 people who offered holiday greetings. The victims responded, Happy Hanukkah and were assaulted by the larger group, police said Tuesday.

Hate crimes are stupid, both because of the racists that would do such a thing, and because we have decided that a hate crime is somehow worse than a crime.
 
I believe we will start seeing a lot of these racially motivated crimes....the American people (not saying it is right or wrong, just that it exists) are getting frustrated with all the political correctness, and the dam is about to break.

Well, I still hope those guys, even with that horrid crime, have a better life than the morons who did it to them. Not just a happy hannukah but a full on better life full of riches and family.
 
American people are just getting more selfish and meaner.
It has to do with rationalizing invading a country for oil and such things.

It is....people get frustrated with having to constantly check themselves, and the media has recently been making matters worse (having to police every celebrity in the country for racism). I'm not saying it is right, I'm just saying it is happening.

No, it isn't. I'm saying that the constant political correctness in this country is frustrating people, so then little things randomly set them off.

Kind of like if you lost your job, and your wife, etc. (basically had a really shitty day) and then randomly slugged a guy for making a comment that normally wouldn't have pissed you off.

God, you people have your heads so far your asses stuck in the shit of ideology that you cannot look past who is making a comment and try to figure out the truth behind it.

You are really going to sit there and watch the racial tension increase in this country and just go "oh well, wonder why that happens" without trying to find the source and correct it?

No, I've never once thought about randomly slugging someone for no good reason, no matter what kind of day I've had.

Whether you have or not, it happens to people all the time--- random violence as a result of stress or whatever. It is stupid to deny that people act out.
 
Why all these problems over the American Mercantile Holiday season anyway ?

Just take religion out of it and let it be pure capitalistic endulgance and all will be well.
