I won't disagree with that. It's also stupid saying because we went to war in 2003 in Iraq humans have now become mean and are doing things that never happened pre-2003.

Which is exactly what I'm saying--- I'm not saying that these people acted in a rational way and certainly their actions are not being praised here....however, the reality of the situation is that people are becoming pissed off.
Let us also not forget that this was a group of people--- mob mentality will beat reason any day of the week.
That's anger management problems. Not PC problems.
There's medication and therapy for anger management issues, if you feel like randomly slugging someone because you had a bad day, or if someone said "Happy Hannukah"

You can only push people so far, Cypress. Besides, if it were one individual on a normal day it would be an anger management problem....desperation (in the case of the random slugging analogy that you now seem to be obsessed with) has caused many a rational, mentally stable person to do things he did not think he would have done previously.
However, this was a group of people, similar to how a country is a group of people--- and mob mentality can override whatever personal reservations you may have. Of course, your personal feelings are irrelevant anyway, Cypress. Just because you aren't pissed off or frustrated and you wouldn't ever be pushed to a break point doesn't mean that the rest of the country is as stoic.

First, you'd have to show me the increase in racial violence. From what I have seen there has been an increase in violence against two groups: Hispanics and gays. I doubt the increase in violence against these two groups has anything to do with the PC movement.

My views on school violence? You mean that children are prone to fight and that suppressing that anger without teaching them a positive way to vent leads to school shootings? Yes, I certainly see how that has anything to do with what I'm talkiong about.
We are talking about the difference between adults and children...fighting among children is rarely as serious as a fight between adults, and you would do well to stay on topic.

Where is the increase in violence against Hispanics coming from? I'm read in South-Central L.A. black and latino gangs have escalted violence against each other for example.

In South Central LA (and maybe other areas) hispanics are taking over neighborhoods that were traditionally black. Political power is at stake but a lot of tension has been reported between the groups.
No, it couldn't be the Republicans using hatred towards gays and immigrants as electoral strategies could it? I thought it was all the fault of political correctness.
