The U. S. made these wise moves with the safety of humanity and civilization in mind...during a time when rational, intelligent people administered the affairs of our country. We have the natural resources that we will not "flame out" in any meaningful way. Unless an invading army is able to conquer our vast topography we will be just fine so chill.
