so Trump would still have been elected?.....
Please show any post of mine where I stated otherwise. Or is that you just assuming shit again and talking out your south end whilst facing north.
dumb shit.

Are you really that stupid. Where in that quote mentions the SCOTUS you dumb ass. NO WHERE. The SCOTUS ruling was on whether or not a recount of the Florida votes violated the 14th Amendment. It had NOTHING to do with electoral college. I was referring to bullshit like this.

sigh......stupid fuck.....the comment was about the 2000 election, not the 2016 election.......why don't you give up.......
lololol......so you just think we should eliminate the electoral college because.......raisins.......
You do it. The libs are not wasting time on it. We know what a high hurdle it would be. We are working on gerrymandering. Ot is amazing how far wrong the righty thinking is about the left.
I neither favor it nor oppose it. It served a purpose that is largely now antiquated. Switching to nation wide popular vote for the general election would have little impact on a race for President. That said it is a system that works most of the time. I would not oppose doing away with it but would not advocate for it.
The winner of the electoral college vote, but loser of the popular vote has happened 5 times. Trump is prez no' 43. that is a big chunk.
When are you going to start working on the gerrymandering done to create majority minority districts? Or are those OK with you since those elected in them couldn't get a shoe shine job if they didn't have the built in guarantee?
Again proving you do not understand how gerrymandering works. No surprise. You know nothing.
In the case of the majority minority districts, the gerrymandering was done using race.
If only you had a clue. the repubs were in charge. Read carefully. They carved out districts with whatever shapes it required to get as many minorities in a s few districts as possible, They give up a couple so they can take many more. YUs there are minority districts, But that is part of the plan to Repug as many as possible.
I'm not the one that thinks gerrymandering to appease a bunch of whiny minorities is OK yet thinks gerrymandering because you can win elections is wrong.
It's OK. I realize that those winning in those majority minority districts couldn't get hired working in fast food unless they had that built in guarantee based on race.
Yes you are. There are mathematical programs that would make districts as fair and even as possible. Most colleges have come up with them. There are Democratic states that are trying ti get them used. No Republican states want it. Not interested in fair or equal.
