They were overwhelmingly in need of moderation, including phan herself so she put them on the Xenoforo to protect them from themselves.
As far as the righties, they seem to behave themselves far better, so no need.

I have never put any user on ignore other than on my test account to make sure the changes I made worked. Even there I immediately remove them after I test. (Last time it was Diogenes).
