I'm always amazed at those who cite Obama for 'dividing' the country. That bastard had the nerve to have black skin.

The only way Obama "divided the country" was by being POTUS. He hadn't even been sworn in when the Teatards took the street to protest, ostensibly because they believed that he would be a "tax and spend" (D) but in reality because of his race. If you're protesting due to taxes/economics, you don't carry signs depicting the President as an African king with a bone in his nose, as an ape, or have nooses hanging in your yard next to your Don't Tread on Me Teatard sign. No doubt you thinking I'm lying about this. Just Google "Tea Party +racism" in images, and see what comes up.

This is a very typical statement of unaware racists. They truly believe that TakeAKnee is a racist thing on the part of black players. They think that BLM is racist. In fact, they think that every single time a black person stands up and says "Don't do/say that, it's racist," the speaker herself is being racist.

A mature, well respected professor was accosted by racist cops, and treated like a criminal...solely because a neighbor saw a black man having trouble opening the front door of his house.

I'm sure if the professor were white, the cops would have been called.

How stupid. Obama had no radical extremism. A little equality goes a long way. Obama was an intelligent , well spoken man who tried to level things out a bit. Trump, of course, is making the world better for the plutocrats. That is what the country was designed to do,keep us from having a plutocracy. The wealthy have patiently and surely changing the country in their favor. Now Trump is cranking it up. The wealth gap already is worse than the Gilded Age. And Mr, Trump who builds gold monuments to himself, is in charge. In no way was Obama an extremist. He was met way to close to the middle. He should have been extremist. It was time to swing back to the left. But the Repubs had the house and senate and made it clear they would stonewall everything Obama wanted.
