There is nothing in Wayne County to indicate there are "illegal votes." The discrepancies they're talking about are a few votes in each precinct, and are standard in elections. There were more there in 2016, when Trump won and they had no problem certifying.
But if you want to do a recount there like they did in GA, have at it. Trump wants to just trash the whole county - it's the only way he would win the state.
