Interestingly, most lefties I know, including myself, are on the side of the working folk as well. We see how the (R)s destroyed the unions, the middle class, shipped jobs overseas for the lower taxes and cheaper labor and lack of environmental regulations. Somehow though the (R)s and the Cult have been convinced that everyone on the left is an elitest with a college degree who sneers at "the little man." Lefties need to get our message back and reach these guys.
ETA: I think the reason that the Reichwing media is pushing the Joe is soft on China meme is because they know that he appeals to working class people and cares about their concerns. But if they can paint China as the job-stealing economic enemy and Joe as their enabler, the RWers will believe it.

TBH, I think Trump has more to worry about from the militias than Dr. Frankenstein did his monster after fucking over the beast.
The hardcore center of the militias are all ex-military. They know what a Blue Falcon is, a Buddy Fucker. They hate Buddy Fuckers more than the enemy because at least the enemy is honest about trying to harm them.
Our relationship with China is complex and nuanced..... and the Trump cult is not. Which is why they use this meme. It makes a nice soundbite, and it requires a nuanced discussion to debunk that soundbite. They need soundbites like 'Hillary sold our Uranium to the Russians', or 'no collusion'. They are not capable of discussing in depth what those things mean. They just post them, and when you disagree, they say 'fuck you faggot'. This is the level of discourse at JPP. It is what it is.
As for your first point, IMHO, the Democratic party (I hate the term 'leftist') has always been the party of the working class. They have sadly fallen victim to big money as well, but at their heart, Democrats are the party of Roosevelt and Johnson. They are a party that at their core believes that a rising tide lifts all boats. That is a sharp contrast to the core economic value of Republicans, which is 'trust the rich to keep the economy afloat'. We have plenty of evidence to determine which works best, but Republicans are incredibly skilled at getting people to vote against their economic interest by providing them with boogeymen. Mostly through racist dog whistles.

Im glad to see that you KNOW the plan is sound, which it is. You just dont agree with applying it. That I can at least work with. I didnt invent the plan. it has been around forever. It is actually quite sinister in its effectiveness. Allow to be destroyed.......then rebuild.

It's a sound strategy for an individual, but am not sure it will work for a political party covering 50 American states. That means electing President Harris in 2024 and 2028 plus letting the Democrats have both sides of Congress for the next 12-18 years. I'm not sure I can last that long.
