We just crossed 100,000 dead

That's special;) Carry on...my patience is unlimited....and I see you need to vent;)

Translation from Toxicese into the human: "As long as you continue to notice my existence by replying to my demands for your attention, I'll eagerly respond with snark and nastiness because it makes me feel that I'm better than you."

Pretty sad that this is the highlight of your week.

Well, that and she got some fresh batteries for her lover, plus a new book from Amazon with pictures.

The real number is likely closer to 150,000 dead directly from the Bug, plus 100,000 that will die early because the healthcare system has been mostly closed up because it is crap and the elite decided that it had to close during the pandemic, a number that grows by the day. As for how many the depression will kill it is hard to say....I have seen a lot of feel good pieces claiming that the last great depression actually lowered death rates, in part because jobs were much more dangerous then so being out of work had the advantage that the job would not kill you, but this is a completely different America...this America is falling apart and a lot of the people deeply suck...this one is going to kill.

Only if Everyone is using them properly 100% of the time;)

The Alt Right and their black and white. To them something either works 100%, or does not work at all. There is no in between. Studies show that even poorly self made masks, misused will reduce the spread somewhat. Anything is better than nothing.

It's a nightmarish number- and some fools want ' work as normal '. Worse, some throwbacks want ' die for the economy '. Even worse, some zombies want a second term for the Orange Ogre .

The number of US servicemen and women killed in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan - over an aggregate 44 years of fighting - is almost exactly the same as the number of Americans who've now lost their lives to coronavirus in just three months...

Right, in 2020. I'm talking 2019, when he was first told about this.

And that travel ban let in 40,000 people who weren't screened, tracked, or traced. Most of those people hopped on connecting flights once they reached the US, making it virtually impossible to know who came from China and who didn't.
Those 40k people were Americans and had the to return home. They were all told to self quarantine. Responsible Americans would have followed the instructions to self quarantine. They weren’t the problem per the contact tracers. How come libratards like you blasted Trump for banning Chinese and Europeans? Fauci said those moves saved lives.

Ah, so that's different from what y'all were saying before that the quarantine was mandatory. Don't think I didn't notice that slight goalpost shift.

The problem was those people weren't tracked, weren't tested, and switched planes (or came from Europe). Making it virtually impossible to do any contact tracing. Shuttling 40,000 people into the country and not quarantining them immediately upon entry likely helped spread the disease faster.

People who flew in said they were not tested at all. Their temperatures were not even taken. Trump's policies flew Corona into the US in massive quantities. How much bigger a failure can this be?

Exactly. Trump's travel ban that wasn't a travel ban likely aided the spread of the virus in the US.
