As I mentioned here, every human begin starts as a fertilized single cell...an egg cell. That does not make the cell cluster a living human...any more than the fact that an acorn will, under the right circumstances, grow into an oak tree...make an acorn an oak tree.

W women receive prenatal care...if they starved themselves, both the woman and child would be harmed...If they take certain drugs, the baby's life is harmed...The woman is responsible for the life growing inside her... If she miscarries, she loses a child...If she aborts, she loses a child...How is it any different? I would NOT accept your conclusion that a clump of cells growing during a pregnancy is a "living human" because your "conclusion" is clouded by your desire for that to be so. I would not accept their conclusions for the same reason.
It means that every living thing starts out as a single cell that has been fertilized in some way.
You seem totally willing to dismiss the woman's right to control her body in this instance...and for the government to INSTRUCT her, under penalty of law, to carry a pregnancy to term.

One last comment: Insofar as it has to do with the least of us...it has to do with us. Allowing the government decide what you can and cannot do with regard to reproductive rights might at some point prevent guys doing what I did a long while back...obtain a vasectomy. It might prevent women from seeking help in getting pregnant...and so many other intrusions.
