Why is everything so darn expensive?

A deep dive noting that economic minds on the right and the left are coming to an agreement — sure, the supply-chain issues and the labor shortage didn’t help, but the biggest factor in our runaway inflation was “vast amounts of government rescue aid, including three rounds of stimulus checks” — way more aid than the European Union, Canada, or the United Kingdom gave to their citizens — and lo and behold, we’ve got much worse inflation rates than they do.

We’ve borrowed and spent ourselves into this inflation crisis.

Inflation is, arguably, the biggest problem facing the illegitimate, Fascist bungling Biden regime right now. And yet, when asked about it, bungling Biden offered word salad:

With the number of cars were reduced, the new cars reduced — it made up at one point one-third the cost of inflation, because the price of automobiles were up. So, what I did, when I went out and made sure we started to make those domestically. We got Intel to come in and provide 20 billion dollars to build a new facility. A number of organizations are doing the same kinds of things.

Of course you fail to mention the massive debt run up by the previous administration which we are also paying dearly for.

Covid stimulus was necessary to jump start the economy, if it hadn’t pass, you’d be crying now about a stalled economy, and, the Infrastructure Bills were passed with bipartisan support. Did they inject too much money into circulation, probably, but once supply catches up bar any corporate greed, inflation will subside

It seems apparent to me that he just rattles off whatever his handlers tell him most of the time, and "Doctor" Jill rewards him with ice cream if he doesn't shit his pants on camera again.

Nor is bungling Biden the only national leader whose language becomes gobbledygook on the topic of inflation.

Louse speaker Nasty Nancy Pelosi contends that a ten-year, $3 trillion spending plan is what is needed to reduce inflation, and stated that low unemployment causes high inflation.

That assessment does not align with the evidence of the U.S. economy of the past six decades or so.
