For a country that "did virtually nothing" preparing for the war, Ukraine seems to be doing passably well. The Russian invaders (those still able to feel) certainly must be feeling that way.
 
Zelenski cares about his people and is staying to rouse the people to fight. Trump would have left skid marks peeling out of that situation. Trump's don't do military.

Granted, the word was out across the world that the best way to get what you want from trump, is to stroke his ego. Every world leader knew this, and Ukraine was desperate for our help.

This was back when world leaders were prepared for trump's 'yank' of the arm during handshakes. I believe it was Abe who refused to let go of trump's hand on purpose, which is why trump kept patting him.

Seems that way. It's obvious Ukraine was well prepared for ground troops and just as obvious nothing could be done to prepare the cities with their large apartment buildings, hospitals, schools and movie theaters for Putin's cowardly air attacks.
