The upper middle class house which has 4 Somali residents and their kids, is getting $2500 each, or $10K per month, in Federal money, which means the tax payers in all the other states, and the corporate taxes nation wide, are going to make Minnesota Car dealerships, and luxury nail salons and Luxury hotels, and airports, all get filthy rich.
