So, what does 'woke' mean?
By definition it means being aware of racial injustice, or racism. So on the surface that’s clearly a good thing. We should all be woke. But like a number of things the implementation of said beliefs is where things go off track and the problems arise.
As a Democrat I don’t know how you feel about James Carville but this is a recent interview where he addresses wokeness.

Edit: Even though I posted that article, being woke and wokeness is about far more than just (partisan) politics in how it manifests itself in our daily lives.
