Like I said I was drafted...but while in the draft line I chose to enlist rather than be drafted...it's not rocket science...but alas you were just a sperm during this time period and have no recollection of past events!

Folks, notice it took the mensa man only three posts to sweat the truth out of this fat sheet, who was trying to first claim he had enlisted, then that he had enlisted before he was drafted, then that he was drafted after he enlisted, butt after being put under the RJS spotlight, we now get to the truth, which, I knew all along...BeeBeeBrain was drafted, and dragged kicking and screaming to Vietnam by his parole officer, still begging for his mama to save him when he landed. Thank you, no, I do not know how I do it, it is a God-given gift, thank you again?

Mr.Article 15/Court Martial...I was thinking seriously about enlisting...was on the mend from a football injury and went back to work to save for the next semester...received my draft notice then went ahead and enlisted and got the MOS I wanted... served with pride and accomplishment...did 4years,2months and 29 days then went back to civilian life!:rolleyes:
 
Article 15 has little to do with a Courts-Marial.

Article 15 covers non-judicial punishment, a Courts-Martial includes a judge as well as a group of military servicemembers to find guilt and is not covered under Artcile 15.

Ah yes a court or two, but got promoted back afterwards.
Heck I never wanted to be there anyway. And I too had considered enlisting, for a mircosecond or two.

I did not like it before I went, while I was there or after I got out. At least I am consistant.

Article 15 is a lesser punishment than a Court Martial...I do not have USC's records...so I was not sure if he was Court Martialed or just received a Article 15...he claims he was Court Martialed...but I do not know this for a fact...thats why I said...Article 15/Court martial!:pke:
