the money was being held. It was not going to be returned if we did not want it to be. The Obama admin who wanted to give the money back said we were going to lose whatever case as justification for returning the money.

China is actually at a weaker position now that they have ever been. They are making some moves in the smaller islands in SE asia. In return they have lost India and Russia who have both become much friendlier to the US than ever.
 
Obama is the typical Democrat.

I can't vote for Democrats, too many of them are self-centered and can't even accept the slightest bit of criticism.
