Oh, white southerners did nothing to harm the blacks, it was all liberal democrats, giving them very basic human rights like ensuring they don't starve and guaranteeing their healthcare. What horrendous slavery we have imposed on them! Clearly they should be more grateful to Republicans for telling them that they deserve what they get and wanting them to starve.
