If you say so, it's just boogie man crap to me. It's like most of these things , if you get your own definition you can make it into anything you want. That's a very typical right wing tool, for instance the millions of definitions that the right has for the second amendment, they simply make it mean anything that fits their hatred. Every individual gun Bubba has their own definition of the second. or the hate party's non stop attack on the progressives as being socialist or communist. They both have a real definition just like globalism. generally people are less threatened by internationalism but in fact they are the same thing.As example your personal definition of globalism.Being " Americans no longer being a people with a recognizable identity." That's just a chuckle to me. because I don't agree with your definition/ These are all fire starter words and they change as populations and nations change. Negitive change and positive change.

globalism has just gone too far. like everything, there is wisdom in moderation.

putting all your citizens out of work by allowing defacto slave labor into the modern economy is a bad idea. there used to be a point in being a member of the wto, like you had to adhere to basic notions of humans rignts, political freedoms, etc. now all thats been dropped, and china, a country with organ harvesting camps for political dissenters was given favored nation status. remember it was ok to boycott south africa. why not china?

also, from a national security perspective, is it wise to have so much of your national supply chain in the hands of such a powerful geopolitical rival?
