Desh, he said it over 37 times over the next years. It was a lie then, it was a lie during the other 37 times he said it, without caveat, and almost all of them were after the law passed.

The reality is you didn't watch the clip, you prefer to be uninformed, ignorant, and able to therefore defend whatever it is you want to believe. The video had more than just one time you see in the sneak peak...
