Seriously, if you are laughing then your intellectual capacity is as low as Jarod's. the lower tax rates were extended, they were not cut. To cut them you would have had to lower them.

Show me where Obama talks about LOWERING peoples tax rates Jarod? If he truly CUT rates, why isn't he talking about the CUTS? Why is he saying he 'extended' the rates?

Oh yeah, because he knows that they didn't cut them. The same rates apply today for those under $450k that did last year and almost a decade prior.
