If you're buying anything without the receiver part of a gun, then you can have it shipped to your house without a FFL. The receiver is the part of the gun that the ATF focuses on regarding various checks. However, if you are purchasing anything that includes the receiver (like a complete gun), then you are violating federal law if you have it shipped to your house and are not a FFL yourself. The ATF doesn't mess around with that sort of thing. The website you're looking at is where you can buy various gun accessories that do not include a receiver, hence the terms you see there. Anything you buy from that site that involves a receiver will require a FFL somewhere in the process.
But hey, you're free to try and have what I described shipped to your house without a FFL if you want. Don't blame me when the ATF comes to your house, however.
