Again, Dobbs is the ultimate in states rights - AND obeying the Constitution. You Stalinists melt down over it.

The attacks on women and girls by the State of California violate the 1964 civil rights act. The proscribed remedy in the act is to deny ALL federal funds to the entity that is violating civil rights.

California needs to comply with federal law, or lose federal funding. It's very simple.
