Donald Trump wasn’t the only presidential candidate whose campaign was boosted by officials of a former Soviet bloc country.

Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office. They also disseminated documents implicating a top Trump aide in corruption and suggested they were investigating the matter, only to back away after the election. And they helped Clinton’s allies research damaging information on Trump and his advisers, a Politico investigation found.

A Ukrainian-American operative who was consulting for the Democratic National Committee met with top officials in the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington in an effort to expose ties between Trump, top campaign aide Paul Manafort and Russia, according to people with direct knowledge of the situation.

The Ukrainian efforts had an impact in the race, helping to force Manafort’s resignation and advancing the narrative that Trump’s campaign was deeply connected to Ukraine’s foe to the east, Russia. But they were far less concerted or centrally directed than Russia’s alleged hacking and dissemination of Democratic emails.

This Politico article from 2017 tells of *collusion* between the Ukraine and the DNC before the election of 2016.

Predictably, Politico soft-peddles it by comparing it to Russian collusion. But collusion is either always illegal or it isn’t. It’s also notable that the Ukrainians were instrumental in throwing Manafort under the bus as a means to advance the narrative that the Trump campaign was heavily involved with the Russians prior to the election.

Now we know that was just an empty narrative aka a lie.

But the bigger question is why isn’t this a big story? Why was Ukrainian/DNC collusion allowed to wither on the vine?

Clearly though, the News Fakers aren’t interested in DNC collusion with foreign governments.
 
That "Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office." is an expression of Ukrainian authorized principles by its authorities is not the same thing as shadowing Russian figures trying to collude with the Trump campaign.

Lol, so is it a problem now that Hillary did it? I’ve had a problem with any foreign government having an influence in our government, I believe the Founders did as well. You only seem concerned now that Hillary...

Actually, I get the idea it’s gone on quite a bit.

But note how Trump is simply *alleged* to have colluded with a foreign government to influence an election but the democrats were caught red handed doing it.

And it’s a nothing Burger.

So who made contact among Hillary's staff or the DNC with WHICH RUSSIANS? Which plank in the DNC platform was changed to remove or soften SANCTIONS against RUSSIA? Who is our MANAFORT? Did MOOK (Hillary's campaign manager) pass off internal polling data to a Russian in a cigar bar? What 'TOWER' or building did Hillary's campaign meet Russians in--which of her staff met with 3, including a Russian lawyer with ties directly to Putin? Where's the email to Chelsea saying they had some dirt on Trump and where she responded "if true, I love it"? Tells us when and which Tower or building CHELSEA took the meeting? (Or any HILLARY campaign staffer). Please feel free to get back to us with the details.

And yet TRUMP won! Hummm.,,,

It's all bullshit.
I was watching some dude who is a regular who is tuned into the facts of this nothing burger,and now there is testimony that Bruce Ohr gave a thumb drive of Steele dossier to Mccabe. Lisa Page knew about it to, as did the Weasel

So even though the FBI fired Steele and never verified the dossier, it was still being used by the FBI to start the "investigation" and still signed off on the FISA..Rosenweasel signed that as well.
