What is DEI, and why is it dividing America?

We're getting nowhere with trying to mitigate the effects of racism.
It's less virulent in most Western nations, but America almost seems to have been created especially to foster it.

We've stopped trying to simply ignore race and have chosen the social engineering route instead.
That has clearly exacerbated the problem. People who might be convinced to try to ignore race
seem unwilling to have any part in specially accommodating it.

I'm not happy that we're this way, and at the same time, I have no ideas as to what can be done.
What I won't do is ignore reality as it actually exists. People who claim that ethnic diversity
is our strength despite the very obvious reality that it's been a debilitating burden are not in touch with reality.

We see racism everywhere, with blame pretty much shared by all ethnicities, but we'll never meet its challenge
if we keep psychotically calling it a strength. It's our reality, we have to learn to co-exist to survive,
and yet we prove routinely that we can't do it.

Should this culture survive? We're all making a damned good argument against it.

What does your therapist say? All commies have a therapist on speed dial.

the culture is fine.

melting pot is the American model.

diversity is fine, it;s nice, but its not our STRENGTH.

it's not MORE important than merit.

you;re trying to go the other route and pronounce the american melting pot model a failure, when it isn't .

its been hijacked by divisive cultural marxists (secret Nazis) who want unity to fail.

cultural marxism is just divide and conquer ad infinitum.

On the far Right, racism is held by individuals and they're just assholes. On the Left, not even the far Left, racism is systemic, pervasive, and insidious. It's everywhere and widely practiced. Leftist racism is a real threat to society.
