What is the meaning of life?

What if I had to give a positive answer? I sometimes wonder about this but nothing ever sticks. Every time I consider the question I have to start again from nothing. It’s just happened again. This time it strikes me that the answer ‘It has no meaning’ isn’t negative or disappointing. It’s celebratory. It’s the only answer that grasps the value of life and the nature of its value – apart from being true.

I'm learning as I age that you get just one shot at getting right and one false move...can wipe out a lifetime of dreams and plans. I lost my job at 64 and every plan I made with my journey, all wiped out....so life no matter how it comes for you, enjoy every single moment and its details bc nothing is promised, nothing!!

For you I would assume the meaning of your life is to worship Mao and Xi.
 
Life has no meaning


Give it meaning


That takes lots of thinking


And requires many questions to be answered with your heart and mind
 
If you can’t be good and decent to others under my philosophy you have only one entity to blame

And here is why


Most on the right here are foreign disinformation bot holes


I was very nice the first couple of years I posted


I was physically threatened and had all kinds of sexual threats constantly on line

There was one thread labeled something that included the words evince’s clit


Right in the fucking title


I noticed so many sexual threats to me and the other women I needed a way to fight back that title wave


So I came up with a plan


And it works like magic


I can out insult and invective anyone you throw at me


I started attacking the offending assholes


I started defending myself and the other female posters


I did the same with the physical threats

I tell assholes who threaten me and others with WHITE HOT blows of “come and try you fucking scum”


Try and kill me through the internets


Oh and BTW


You insult even the people who you should recognize as solidly being on the side of what you CLAIM you back


I think it’s because you are young and impulsive


You may be a foreign disinformation division bot though

‘The meaning of life is life. The end of life is the end.’ This seems the sum of wisdom on the question of the meaning of life. I think my negative answer is effectively equivalent to Guzzanti’s, but he puts it better. I don’t know whether he was inspired by Goethe, who wrote, in a letter to Johann Meyer in February 1796, that ‘the purpose of life is life itself’.
