What Republicans need to do to get elected

Fairly simple, the 2016 presidential candidates need to speak Spanish or be Hispanic and preferably be left handed. Five out of the last seven presidents have been left handed, in fact Ronnie Rayguns was ambidextrous.

So you are saying latinos will only vote for a republican if that republican is latino? They will stop voting for democrats?

So if the GOP had nominated Herman Cain how much black support would have peeled off from Obama?

Bush spoke fluent Spanish but he is right handed. Anyway I assume that English is your first language so where did I say that the candidate had to be Hispanic?

all they have to do is start dealing in facts.

Once they do that their ideas will change to fit the facts.

then they will be an asset to this country again.

Reporter: I see you are running for office sir, can you give us an insight to your platform?

Candidate: Yes, my platform consists of facts. I am running on facts.

Reporter: Ok, some detail into these facts maybe?

Candidate: I am running a fact based campaign only. I will only deal with facts. In fact I'm asking my opponent to make a facts only campaign pledge.

Reporter: Are there are particular facts you are most fond of?

Candidate: No, all facts are important. We most only deal in facts. If my opponent refuses to deal in facts then he will lose.

Reporter: Do you do drugs sir?

Candidate: Everyday. Is there a problem?

Natural Law Party

The Natural Law Party (NLP) was founded in 1992 in Fairfield, Iowa by Hagelin and a group of 12 educators, scientists, business leaders, and other professionals who desired a more scientific approach to national administration that would promote field-tested solutions to the nation's problems.[31][32] The party platform included preventive health care, sustainable agriculture and renewable energy technologies. During his campaigns, Hagelin favored abortion rights without public financing, campaign-finance law reform and improved gun control. He proposed a flat tax with no tax for families earning less than $34,000 a year.[33] Hagelin also campaigned to eradicate PACs and soft money campaign contributions and advocated safety locks on guns. He endorsed school vouchers and efforts to prevent war in the Middle East by reducing "people's tension".[7] In a letter to presidential candidate Bill Clinton, Hagelin accepted Clinton's offer to debate "any serious candidate" and informed Clinton and Bush that the "Natural Law Party does not participate in negative campaigning."[34]

The party chose Hagelin and Michael Tompkins as its presidential and vice-presidential candidates in 1992 and 1996.[35] In 1996, Hagelin was on the ballot in 44 states as a presidential candidate.[36]

Hagelin ran for President again in the 2000 Presidential election, nominated both by the NLP and by the Perot wing of the Reform Party, which disputed the nomination of Pat Buchanan.[37] Hagelin's running mate in the 2000 election was Nat Goldhaber.[38] A dispute over the Reform Party's nomination generated "legal action" between the Hagelin and Buchanan campaigns. In September 2000, the Federal Election Commission ruled that Buchanan was the official candidate of the Reform Party, and hence, was eligible to receive federal election funds.[33][38] As part of the ruling, the Reform Party convention that nominated Hagelin was declared invalid.[39] In spite of the ruling, Hagelin remained on several state ballots as the Reform Party nominee, due to the independent nature of various state affiliates. He also was the national nominee of the Natural Law Party, and in New York was the Independence Party nominee.[38] During his 2000 campaign, Hagelin appeared on ABC's Nightline (2000)[40] and Politically Incorrect (2000),[41][42] NBC's Meet the Press (2000),[43] CNN's Larry King Live,[44] PBS's News Hour with Jim Lehrer,[45] Inside Politics, CNBC's Hardball with Chris Matthews, and C-SPAN's Washington Journal.[46] In the middle of the 2000 campaign, Hagelin said that if party's principles reached the "marketplace of ideas" and were co-opted by the Democrats and Republicans, it would be a victory.[47]

During the 2004 primary elections, Hagelin and the Natural Law Party endorsed Democratic candidate Dennis Kucinich[48][49] and dissolved the NLP as a national organization.[50] As a presidential candidate Hagelin received 39,212 votes from 32 states in 1992,[51] 113,659 votes from 43 states in 1996[51] and 83,714 votes from 39 states in 2000.

They easily need to address Latino issues. Every month, 50,000 latinos turn 18 years old, which is over 2 million potential new latino voters for 2016, facing an ever diminishing white vote. GOP better figure it out,or face a smaller piece of the pie every election

As more Hispanics become business owners; they will begin to realize that following the Democrat's way of Governing, is against their best interests.
And since they do what most beginning business owners do and that is hire relatives, the Hispanic business owner is going to have a big influence on how the family views the political scene.

This will become more apparent; as more and more Hispanic's move from the "trying to make ends meet" end, to the "finally making money" end.

Of course they will face the same obstacles that the middle class Blacks have had to face and that is the crab affect.
There will be other Hispanics who will try to drag them back into the bucket of being poor and then will try to denigrate them by stating that they aren't acting Hispanic.

48% for a republican in massachusetts in ted kennedy's old seat is pretty much a win. People forget the only reason he won it the first time around is because coakley took a vacation and didn't campaign at all figuring she had it locked up.

Not hyperbole guys, she literally was barely campaigning. She was 30 pts ahead in the summer. The whole "kennedy seat" vs. "peoples seat" was pretty much the theme of the election as it came to a close.

What are the "Latino issues"? How do they differ from the "black issues"? Do you white folk have different "issues"
