What the 'EVs for everybody' cultists don't want you to know

I LOVE EV's.
The absolute instant, peak torque they give you on launch is fantastic.
Sure, the sound has a lot to be desired - especially compared to a normally-aspirated, V8 engine.
But for racing, they are fab.
Going around a corner, you can keep the torque EXACTLY where you want it...easily.
That is rarely the case with internal combustion engines.

If they can get the cost of batteries down enough - they will clearly be the future.
The savings on parts/service alone would be gigantic.

However...the government - as with ALL things to do with the economy - should stay the FUCK out of it.
All they will do is wreck it/make it worse.

If EV's are the future?
Let consumers decide that for themselves.
Not a bunch of government bureaucrats listening to a bunch of ignorant, tree huggers.

Actually, we're in the position we're in because elected legislators, not government bureaucrats, are owned by oil and gas demons, not tree huggers. I agree that the federal government under any administration is virtually incapable of doing anything right, but it's too late for that.

Actually, we could have eliminated carbon emissions already if the political elite weren't owned by nonrenewable energy providers.

Is that so?

Think about it: What sentient creature looks at its energy source, knows that it can't be replenished, sees it depleting, and doesn't do a fucking thing about for decades? The problem is not the left, although I know you can't think any harder or develop a perspective any more advanced than that. The problem is money.

So you say.

The Internet of Bodies, or IoB, is actually an ecosystem. It's a bunch of devices that are connected to the Internet that contain software and that either collect personal health data about you or can alter the body's function.

Connecting our bodies As futuristic as the Internet of Bodies may seem, many people are already connected to it through wearable devices. The smartwatch segment alone has grown into a $13 billion market by 2018, and is projected to increase another 32% to $18 billion by 2021.

Just like Internet of Things (IoT), the Internet of Bodies (IoB) refers to access and control of the human body via the internet. Here, we detail how CRISPR can be used to electrically connect with the genome and as a proof of concept display control over transcriptional informational networks inside E. coli and Salmonella.

He was a wise man.

It's disgusting to see entitled white leftists who enjoy all the modern conveniences (and who have no intention of sacrificing themselves) telling the poor in third-world shitholes that they need to live in primitive conditions "to save the planet".

Dumbass. Do you know how simple it was for me to slash my carbon footprint? My entire impact at this point, after mindfully adjusting almost every part of my life, is basically due to the fact that I have to fly on airplanes. If people want to drive cars, then they should drive cars that are powered with renewable energy. If people live in cities and aren't lazy (so I've just eliminated most Americans), they don't even need cars. My food sources are sustainable and humane. My durable goods are recycled and recyclable.

Seriously, what would it take for you to look around you, realize that we are destroying the environment and the planet as fast as humanly possible, and actually do something about it? Have you ever even tried to do your part or do you just stick to bitching about leftists and abdicating all personal responsibility?

So you've got nothing but your subjective opinions and anecdotal claims to blather on about, as I suspected.

Tell me more about those international flights you claimed to have taken, will you, bullshitter?

No, you mindless fucking bitch. I just told you how I nearly eliminated my carbon footprint.

But you're too fucking stupid to comprehend one word of it. At least we know that you've never done anything to try to reduce your own environmental impact. Typical selfish drop out hick who is actually nothing on the planet except a waste of space and a piece of shit.

What you think those links prove?

It proves that you and TDAK both hit every fucking branch of the stupid tree as you fell out of it. Also, you would do better to spend your time writing a coherent post (this one's a great example) than changing our screen names. That way we actually get notifications of your stupidity and you also might have a little opportunity to form a thought.
