Actually it is true. Muammar wasn't using any chemical weapons on his people, that's all AP lies.
That's the cover story. They did it again in Syria when Russians chased ISIS into a place and then called in an airstrike on it.
Turns out is was a chemical weapons depot and blocks around got messed up.
Possibly even the Russians that called it in.
