Businesses with less than 50 full time employees are except from the Affordable Care Act. Were you aware of that fact? Most people in America work for companies with less that 50 people.
By any definition, less that 50 employees is a "small business". I therefore do not understand your assertion that ACA devastated small businesses - aka, businesses that did not even have to comply with ACA.
You're right, cypress. It didn't hurt my business, in fact it helped it because I could no longer offered hlth ins. and since I dind't have to I dropped the benefit. I showed my employees the numbers and they completely understood why I had to do it. It hurt my employees.
