Kavanaugh saw the Supremes as his birthright. He was shocked that there was any defense against him. his seat was a prize for being a nasty, low-level Republican operative and a conspiracy nut. He toed the vulpine line during his time on the Starr commission. He had no botom. He was a Vince Foster conspiracy nut. He was willing to go lower than any one else .
He wept about the Clinton conspiracy against him and the retribution for 2016. How sick was that? He is a terrible mistake for the court as we knew it. He is a great boon for radicalizing and hyper politics on the court. With Clarence and Brett, women will not get respect on the court decisions. It is an unfriendly place for women.It is becming a trump/right wing stamp. Workers have been geting the short end on Bretts decisions in courts his whole tenure. He will continue that in the Supremes. I was a great victory for rich ,old white men and corporations.

Yes, every Republican asshole on the judicial panel was an old, white male.
Even the most casual observer could see that immediately.
But every old, white male was not on that panel.
I wasn't on that panel.
I wouldn't confirm Kavanaugh to serve as landfill if the dump were anywhere close to decent human beings.
But we have people on this forum who have essentially declared war on ALL old white men, thus making enemies of potential allies.
Bernie Sanders, for example, is an old white man.
Maybe Sanders, whom I greatly admire and for whom i voted in the primaries,
gets a pass for being Jewish--I don't know.
I do know this. When he ran for president, he didn't try to run as an independent.
Even though the DNC sabotaged his campaign that could have otherwise won,
and as a Democrat, I hold their feet to the fire for that,
he would never have gotten that close without competing in Democratic primaries.

Asia will end up dominant. The Chinese and Koreans (maybe with the Japanese, but probably not)...will become what the US currently is to the rest of the world. I suspect (and hope) they will do a good job of leading humanity.
