Given the sheer amount of documented evidence regarding a double standard as to white consensus reaction to black folk being a potential threat, what you buy and don't buy is irrelevant....as is your speculation.

Given the sheer amount of documented evidence regarding a double standard as to white consensus reaction to black folk being a potential threat, what your personal experience noted here is irrelevant....as is your suspicion of the girls story.

But why would/should he just "give" his job or home to someone else because they are black? And where did he say that black for are automatically "more deserving" of said job or home? Or switch homes.

You also have no reason to assume that the campus police were out line in checking anyone with what looks like a gun....this time it happened to be a black student....
why assume that they would not have done the same thing with a white guy under the same circumstances.....

For the sake of this thread, it is indeed relevant. She never went outside with the sword, brandishing it as a weapon. That's illegal in NY, and she would have been arrested if she was seen by security

The premise of "White privilege" is a fraud, designed to sew excuses for the black community, guilt for the white guy to which he can never atone thus sowing the seeds of racial division ad infinitum.

I have no dog in this fight nor have I read this full thread but where I went to school at USC in south central LA, if some (white) girl came on campus swinging a sword she would have been taken down. So maybe they let that fly in NY at Colgate. Not in LA. She would have been crushed

I'm not wrong. She claimed that she was 'running around the academic quad', when in reality, she had it inside her dorm and walked around with it once in a while. At no point did she brandish this outside, IN THE QUAD.
