Biden was installed via stolen election. He wasn't really even President.

Biden was chosen for installation because of his diminished mental capacity; he was very malleable and easily controlled. Those who stole the election wanted a guarantee that they would retain full control.

Carter was elected and will thus retain the title. Biden was not elected and will thus carry an asterisk indicating he was the worst (and only) installed talking head.

Biden's gaffes before and during the 2020 Democrat debates revealed that he was unfit mentally to continue. When the DNC machinery nonetheless arm-twisted the other candidates to bow out and to throw their support behind Biden, and then ordered the Superdelegates to all support Biden in lockstep, and then stole the election to install Biden as America's lead oligarch ... it became obvious that Biden's mental decline was his selling point.
