It doesn't matter when he wrote the book. He wrote it before he was President and it suddenly became a "best seller" right at the right moment to make a kazillionaire out of him while he was in office. Tons of folks have little things like this. As I said, with Braindead it was his son's overpriced "art"... This man wrote two autobiographies, I mean he wrote as many Autobiographical Tomes as he has arms when he was a nobody... they made him rich while he was a Senator and even richer when he was President. Folks will try to make folks believe it was because he was President, but I continue to believe it was a nice "tip" for his "good work"...
This is like L. Ron Hubbard and Dianetics... It is a "best seller" in that folks that are in the religion buy many copies of the book, but nobody who isn't in the religion was buying them... It made Ronny rich though.
