Well if we cut out all that govt spending we cut out jobs, we cut out jobs we cut out taxes and raise unemployment and dependency on government support..

the main reason we had any growth at all during the bush presidency we on credit and govt spending.

Well, first of all, I have no idea where you came up with the idiotic notion that 30% of us work for the federal government. I am quite sure it is nowhere NEAR that amount. My guess is, it's probably around 3.4 million. Far from 30% of the workforce in the United States.

As for "dependence on government" under my proposal, there wouldn't be a whole lot of it. Social "entitlement" programs would be cut by 85%, that includes all the 'taking care of everybody' bullshit that's going on now. Times are tough, we are broke, drastic measures need to be taken. I am sorry Waterhead might have to take a job at McDonalds or pick up cans on the side of the road for a while, our forefathers had to go through much worse.

Yeah, I know it's brilliant. Kinda makes me wonder why someone hasn't come up with it before. We currently have MILLIONS of people who pay NO TAX AT ALL! I would have them pay a small percentage of tax, regardless of how little they make. We all benefit from what the tax revenues pay for, why shouldn't we all be contributing to the kitty?
