“Wheel of Fortune” contestant Julian, from Indiana University, lost his chance at potentially $1 million and even a car on Friday after he managed to bungle two separate puzzles in hilariously embarrassing fashion.
In the first puzzle, Julian managed to guess every single letter — meaning, all he had to do was read it. The “character” was “Mythological Hero Achilles.”
However, host Pat Sajak couldn’t give him credit for the answer because he pronounced “Achilles” like “A-chill-us.” Another contestant then swooped in and solved the puzzle.

Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, Julian later got the chance to win a car. He guessed nearly every letter in the puzzle’s phrase, a person. In fact, the only letters missing from the puzzle were the “m” and “n” in the phrase, “The World’s Fastest Man.”
Clearly, it wasn’t enough because he incorrectly guessed the letter “c.” Again, another contestant was able to solve the puzzle in the wake of Julian’s failure.

Bottom line, it was a rough episode for Julian.
