There is no military policy on Climate Change that doesn't break down completely into totally ambiguous nonsense because of lacking definitions. All DoD policy on Climate Change came about from Biden's handlers infusing loads of Climate Change doctrinal buzz words that are either totally contradictory or totally devoid of definition. All this came about by Biden's handlers using the autopen while Joe took a nap.

There is no deliberate plan at STRATCOM to either deal with Climate Change or to implement any Climate Change policy.
