I'm sure we can all empathize with a guy who just found out a pill isn't necessary every time. Imagine the flashbacks going through his head. "We can't. I didn't bring my pills."

The use of the words "cunt" or "slut" or anything else insulting is designed only to bully someone into silence. It's use in a political debate or disagreement is, at best, intellectually dishonest. You can disagree with someone, but once you devolve into name calling you are basically admitting that your arguments are weak.
