Not a "good solid piece," in the very offset it tries to establish that Page was "set up" using zero documentation, and from there goes on to regurgitate the same lame implications and innuendos to support its' view. As I said, it is framed from the beginning to sell a predetermined opinion

Nunes supposed "work" was adequated covered everywhere, more so then they should have been given they were actually nothing more than Nunes's own personal interpretations. With the later IG report and release of the actual FICA applications Nunes's memo was exposed as erroneous, there is a reason he now quietly disappears when his House Committee holds televised hearings

And if you are going to frame the FISA applications anyway you want at least read them, the first application alone, thirty two pages long, half that given the covered material, proves Page deserved watching

I am still awaiting "the walls to close in on Trump" because Mueller has indicted and attempting to prosecute Manafort on an 8 year old warrant. Then there is the attempt to get Mr. Trump's lawyer to flip...and indeed he has "flipped", he's down everything expect produce a Broad Way Play....still no evidence of any collusion with Russia (which is not a crime in the first place) and still no evidence of any criminal activity by Mr. Trump (the only thing resembling a crime at this point is the breech of ethics used by Cohn when he tapped and edited private lawyer/client conversations).

There is no indictment of Carter Page because the evidence to date cannot stand up in a court of law...its not Rocket Science, Page was used as an excuse to spy on US CITIZENS in violation of the 14th and 6th amendment. The logical and reasonable conclusion that Page is guilty of nothing results from the obvious.....the 6th amendment guarantee of a speedy prosecution through DUE PROCESS.

And as of right now....with the prosecutions resulting from the Mueller probe......the Mueller team is losing its ass in the courtroom. Hell, he was not even prepared to prosecute the Russians he charged.


Its no wonder (just like Obama) Mueller has spent/wasted a lifetime working for Big Brother......he would never make it in the private sector because he's a piss poor lawyer.

I read the FISA it's ALL from Steele -convoluted (kited) to look like multiple sources.
The allegations that "Page needed watching" come from Steele!
Right there that is a FISA violation - ghosting sources, and claiming un-verifed intel.

Granted there are still more redactions that Nunes is trying to get de-classified
(while Schiff would rather use baseless innuendo)

Nunes memo is very short and based on facts -very little interpretive

Regarding the lame explanations for why Page hasn’t been charged: it’s more than slightly implausible Mullet would allow Page to walk around, unindicted, for nearly two years, if he had any intention of pressuring him to sing. That makes absolutely no sense.

Page should hire a lawyer and file suit for defamation and being deprived of his civil rights. We need more discovery.

You didn't read it, as I said, the first application alone builds a case to further investigate Page and it doesn't include any reference to the dossier

Most really believe the White House authored it, but it is totally Nunes's, not a Committee report or concluding analysis, just Nunes's personal review. It was also proven erroneous with the release of the actually applications, which if you had read you would have known that in the latter applications it was highlighted before the Judges that the then dossier was financed by political interests, a major claim Nunes said never happened

Nunes is done, his credibility, which hardly existed beforehand, is finished, Jordan will be the WH point man going forward

That is the first application, and if you read thru the thirty two pages of evidence, of which can be done in five minutes given the blanked out sections, you'll see that there is no mention nor reference to any dossier nor Steele nor deep state or any other conspiracy you are telling us led to the investigation of Paige

I'll go with the facts, you can stick with your innuendos, but you would think that eventually you'd have to ask yourself how come we have had eight years of continuous right wing investigations and conspiracies but nothing has ever been proven, nothing, zilch, the only people "lock 'em up" applies to are those currently on the right facing possible jail time
