Which charge against Chauvin and the 3 other cops will put them in prison?

3 cops sitting on his back making it hard for Floyd to expand his lungs.
1 cop on his neck interfering with blood flow.
FOR 8 LONG MINUTES AS FLOYD CALLED OUT FOR HELP!
And, then he dies before being placed on the stretcher.
The whole thing became premeditated after 1 minute of having him cuffed, placed on the ground and
under control. Murder 1 in my mind. But, would a jury see it that way? If it becomes too much to ask for,
those creeps might skate altogether.
Any opinions? What level of charges should be brought to make sure these 4 guys are actually found guilty
and actually serve time?
 
the murder 3 or manslaughter charge will stick I think and the other 3 will get some sort of accessory charge.

If we actually charged them with only Murder 1 or murder 2 as AOC and some of the other libs wanted then they would have walked.

It looks that way. I agree. It still really sickens me though because the other 3 were on his back all the while Floyd was calling out, "I can't breathe."
They should be equally culpable.

Sounds like you hate cops even worse than you hate blacks.

That is really saying something about your hatred for the law.
 
Special circumstances murder with malice aforethought, lying in wait, hate crime and torture will give all of them the gas chamber. Trump as an accomplice.

they won't skate. 96% of Americans (an actual poll) say the cop is a murderer

Do you think the 4 cops were unaware of Floyd's distress? Did they not know death can occur
with forced pressure to the back and neck? Maybe they weren't properly trained? They could claim
ignorance on the topic I suppose.
It's either that or they knew exactly what they were doing and didn't ease up even after he was deceased.
I'm just interested in what people think as to which charges will be brought.

(And, I'm not a proponent of ropes, electric chairs or lethal injections...just not a fan of the death penalty)

To tell you the truth, I am not sure based on the short film clips.

The film clips do not look good for the officers by the angles I've seen so far. But there may be things we don't know about yet.

May we all just stay calm and let the investigations play out?

I am still optimistic the due process, guaranteed by law, will determine any or all guilt and appropriate punishments.

Let's give them a chance!

More speculation and assumption.

Nobody has heard the official, DETAILED report of what happened, or seen any body cam video, etc, etc.

Nobody has heard the cops tell their side of the story, assuming they have one.

Same shit that always happens in these situations.

Everybody becomes an expert ready to share their keen, unique insight.

4 guys took him down, sat on him, would not respond to his call for help, he died.
Short enough?
Every person alive knows they will be charged with SOMETHING.....just wondering what others in here might think the final charges will be.

Criminals are going to be criminals- at least until they are caught and convicted.

That goes for criminal cops as well BTW.

It seems everything was pretty peaceful before the Police murdered a man in front of everyone.

Then the shit hit the fan again. And here we are!

Read it again. Premeditation doesn't have to mean "cooked up waaaaaaay in advance." That's why
I typed, "The whole thing became premeditated after 1 minute.

And, I think "creeps" is a pretty mild word to use on these 4 guys for what they did.
