The reason the Bush family cant win this competition is that the disaster that was Bush the younger is slightly balanced by the fact that Bush the elder was not terrible.

Bush's moves described above are outcomes derived from the failures of the Clinton administration. Without those missteps, 9/11 might not have happened, and that would have prevented the cascade of other events related to it. Obama was simply a divisive figure. He was too lazy to actually do real damage and spent all his political capital on the failure called Obamacare. His big contribution to the destruction of America was radicalizing the moron, Joe Biden. His minions convinced Joke that moving to the radical, extremist, Left was a good thing and now we're reaping the disaster of that as Biden--who's clearly far too stupid to recognize it--lets the radical Left run amok in his administration.
