Which will Biden choose, UAW or the US economy?

The executive compensation for GM President Mary Barra could pay for a 40% increase in wages for 1,489 UAW workers.

Next?

Tim Cook, Apple: $770.5 million

US$ 770.5 million) / 1489 =
517 461.383 US$ more pay for those same 1489 workers

Company profits! Duh!!!

Describe in detail what "company profits" has to do with determining how high or low a wage is or should be. So if profit is connected to wages when a company makes less money so should the the workers. Correct? I bet the workers would love to have you represent them. Retard.

Right.... company profits go down 45%

Worker pay should go down 45%...right Libs?

Profits for all U.S. corporations — not just the large, publicly traded firms on the stock market — were down 6.5%

Looks like a pay cut is in order for most everyone

If a company, like GM earns record profits, they should be shared with its workers, who made these profits possible.

Record profits that auto companies are making should be shared with their workers.

It isn't even about what's 'fair'. It's about what is good for the economy. A 400-1 ratio between CEO compensation and line worker compensation is unsustainable. It is worse in places that do no allow collective bargaining.

That's not at all describing in detail how profits determine wages. So if GM makes less money next year wages should be less as well correct? BTW it was the workers alone that made it possible.

I didn't say profits determine wages, but when record profits are earned the workers should share.

Car prices are already too high if they go higher people will delay buying cars more fewer cars will built and that will cost jobs

WW2 built the middle class

Stupid as usual. Wages and wealth for all five quintiles grew at about the same rate from the end of WWII to 1980. That is when the wealth gap began to grow. It is now unsustainable. Nice try, Nora. But you are hindered by the fact that you are a fucking moron.

Company.. we will pay u 40.00 an hour, if our profits are up 17% next year u get a 17% pay raise

Company ...we will pay u 40.00 an hour, if our profits are down next year 27% u take a 27% pay reduction

Our many of u Libs would sign up?

A UAW worker with a family of four is barely over the poverty level. And the dumb fucks think that's just fine.
