Whit House tennis anyone?

I see a lot of “news” onTwitter before the MSM breaks it. She must not know about those news items that are trending if she claims she didn’t see it on Twitter. I’m surprised she doesn’t follow Melania.

I doubt if the pathetic thing follows anything but Breitbart, Daily Stormer, Fox, and Pitbulls and Cons. In fact, I doubt if there's even a Twitter account. Everything else claimed is false, so why not that as well? lol

I only use Twitter for rescue;)

That was easy;) Lifetime pension...and one that continues for the child when I'm gone...It's awesome to be a retired teacher.....(Great career, isn't it? Lots of work, but very rewarding.....from day one until infinity...pass that along to those who have chosen to be educators-particularly special educators....;)
It doesn’t go for infinity, most plans like yours end when the child marries or turns 21.

Nope;) Her benefit is for life... Feel free to check it out;)
But my infinity comment was this:

Why don’t you just post the proof since I’m not familiar with your retirement annuity, but I know most survivor benefits end when the child turns age 22 or they get married. If it was for life, the state would go broke.

I'm glad that my daughter, who really is a special ed teacher, will have a lifetime of wonderful memories and the knowledge that she had a positive influence on her young students, even changing their lives for the better. All hail these wonderful souls!

That will never happen -- but yes, only dependents or widows/widowers may receive benefits after the death of the pensioner. An adult self-supporting kid is not a dependent. I receive a monthly check from my late husband's airline pension. His daughter tried to get it when she was in her 20s but the pension company told her no.

Just look it up on the STRS website if you're interested...that was the option I chose when I retired....I take less now to assure she gets a bit less than half when I'm gone.... I have no reason to lie....

It’s says on the website that children receive benefits until they are 22, married or adopted. The exception is if they are physically or mentally incapacitated.

Termination of dependent-based benefits
Benefits to qualified children terminate upon:
• Marriage;
• Adoption; or
• Age 22.
If a member had less than 10 years service credit, the surviving spouse’s benefits stop until age 62 if there are no other qualified children. Once the benefits resume, they are payable for the surviving spouse’s lifetime.

You may not be lying, you may not understand the terms of the annuity. I found the website. It says nothing about life long payments for child survivors, it’s why I asked you to post your proof.

Wrong plan...;)
"Under the Joint and Survivor Annuity, you will receive a reduced lifetime monthly benefit. Upon your death, one or multiple primary beneficiaries receive lifetime monthly benefits. There are four options under this plan of payment: 1. Options 1, 2 and 3 apply to a single primary beneficiary (see below). 2. Option 4 applies to multiple primary beneficiaries (see below). Under this plan of payment, if you and your primary beneficiary(ies) die and the total benefit payments were less than your c..."

Nope, when you look at qualified survivors it states those I have listed. Click on “Learn more about survivors benefits”, It takes you to the site I posted. Your daughter will not receive your benefits for her lifetime according to the website you posted. She will receive benefits until she is 22, married or adopted. Ohio could not afford to pay survivor retirement benefits to grown children of teachers for their life. That would be a fabulous deal, every teacher would want to live in Ohio

She will receive benefits for life.....Call them if you need more info;) It is what it is....I'm quite sure;) Very sure, as a matter of fact....I posted the link for you...I believe things may have changed after 2013...but I retired before then.... It is a fabulous deal btw;)

So TOP I read the whole site, no where does it say the child receives lifetime benefits, it would be easy for you to copy and paste the section that says she will receive it for her life, only a surviving spouse receives lifetime benefits, not children.

I’m very familiar with annuities and I know of no employer annuities that pay surviving children for life. That would take a boat load of money for states to do that. If you post the paragraph that shows she receives benefits for life I will concede, otherwise, the site I read says 22, married or adopted unless they are disabled physically or mentally.
