Irvine California, the current headquarters of In & Out, has a very low crime rate, and is one of the safest cities in America.

You don't NEED to do anything! I just find it strange that someone would claim to love a place but not care to know any history or stuff related to it.

Especially someone who wanted people to think they used to be an educator.

Probably for a few possible reasons:

1) They are attempting to establish a corporate presence in the Southeast which would be easier with management close in, so opening a secondary headquarters type thing.

2) They got pissed about mask mandates and often had problems being "good citizens" when asked to make some changes due to the presence of a virulent disease. No one likes being told to care for others, especially a "CHRISTIAN" organization like In-n-Out.

3) Maybe got a good tax break? The South likes to gut their tax base to lure in companies. They don't care about how bad their people have it.
