Despite the Oversight Committee receiving the exact bank record showing that President Biden made a $200,000 interest-free loan to his brother James

wait......I've seen a copy of the check Jim wrote to Joe.......if you have a copy of a check Joe wrote to Jim, just post it.......

I don't know every detail, but loans--particularly large ones like those--to family members require nominal interest rates to be paid on them or they are considered "gifts." That means there should be some indication of what the original terms and amount loaned were through, if nothing else, bank records.

That is Joke should have bank records to show he loaned his brother money. You don't loan someone $200,000 in cash from a drawer in your desk...

If there are no bank records of such a transaction, it is virtually certain that the money wasn't a "loan repayment" but rather just a payment. That makes it taxable. Did Joke and his brother pay taxes on that money? Given the origination location of the money, if there is no proof of a loan then it's a combination of money laundering and quid pro quo to Joe Biden. That makes it two major felonies.
And Joke did not pay taxes on the nearly quarter million dollars of income. (another felony) There should be a check going from Joe to James and there should be a deposit 240 K into James account from Joe to James Biden.

White House won’t release evidence that Biden family payments were for loans

White House officials will not provide evidence to support President Joe Biden's claim that a pair of large payments he received from his brother represented paybacks for loans, according to a letter from the White House to the House Oversight Committee.

The request for documents to explain $240,000 in checks from James Biden to his brother "concerns a financial transaction between two family members at a time when both individuals were private citizens," White House special counsel Richard Sauber wrote in the letter obtained by the Washington Examiner.

Sauber refused to answer questions from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) about whether Joe Biden had any documents to back up his explanation for the two checks he received, one totaling $40,000 and the other $200,000, from his brother in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

The checks had been labeled as loan repayments.

In his letter on Friday to Comer, Sauber cited a claim from Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) that suggested the Oversight Committee already has records to prove the payments were loan repayments.

However, a person familiar with the committee's work said lawmakers have no such records.

"Contrary to the White House's and Ranking Member Raskin's claims, nothing within the Oversight Committee's possession clearly shows that Joe Biden did indeed loan his brother large sums of money," the person told the Washington Examiner. "The White House and Democrats have peddled a false narrative instead of providing the loan documents."

Comer has said the payments raise concerns regardless of whether Joe Biden had lent his brother the money, as the timing of the checks would suggest the president's financial standing was directly tied to the fortunes of his family's business dealings.....

Who saw this coming? If it was a legit loan it would comply with IRS rules. It did not. The White House could easily clear this up....if Joe had really loaned his brother money....IF he did.

:okjen:

The executive branch of the government is one entity.

The Biden family is a totally different entity.

It's not up to the executive branch to get involved with Biden family business.

What wasn't obvious about this?

You would think the Biden family would know that. But instead they were selling access to the Executive branch like they owned it.

Look, I've explained all this.

But for the slow learners, AND THE TRUMPTARDED- I'll break it down a little further.

A bank will transfer any amount you choose, from your bank account into whomever bank account you give them permission to do so. DUH! IT IS CALLED A WIRE TRANSFER. The transaction is fully traceable because it is listed in your statement as a debit transaction, and the records for the transaction are recorded for who the money was sent, including the time and date. The House committee has the Bank records that include these wire transfers from Biden to his brother.

Wire transfers do not record the reason for the wire transfer. Wire transfers are personal business matters, and it is none of the Bank's business what the transaction was for. AND IT IS CERTAINLY NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS EITHER!

Now what else do you need? DO YOU NEED A COOKIE- OR DO I NEED TO WIPE YOUR LITTLE NOSEY FOR YOU OR SOMETHING? Can I send a baby sitter over there to wipe your little shitty ass? WHAT?
