I know what you're trying to do here; you're trying to generate outrage in me so that I end up crossing some line you'd establish a priori post-hoc, that if you type enough inflammatory bullshit, I'll end up making the same errors and mistakes you made on this thread, so then you can feel better about yourself for being such an insincere, unprincipled, conviction-less poseur with no actual beliefs.

No, it's a policy to enrich a previously whitewashed educational system. Believe it or not, whites benefit from it, too.
So you said earlier how you would be persuaded of evidence of institutional racism in other areas, and when I shared with you a study from Johns Hopkins that shows black students with black teachers have a higher chance of getting into college than black students with white teachers, you completely and utterly ignored it.
So it would seem that you're the poseur here, again, who lies about being convinced with evidence.
Truth is, evidence won't convince you of anything because you're so steeped in bad faith, you can't even acknowledge it.
Researchers found that black students who'd had a black teacher in kindergarten were as much as 18 percent more likely than their peers to enroll in college. Getting a black teacher in their first STAR year, any year up to third grade, increased a black student's likelihood of enrolling in college by 13 percent.

All Affirmative Action did was raise the bar for white people...that they couldn't glide by, doing the bare minimum with minimal qualifications, because of their privilege anymore.
So I can see how a whole bunch of mediocre people would think that giving the same opportunities to others is institutional racism.

What Affirmative Action actually does is raise the bar for mediocre white people...folks who thought that doing the bare minimum, with the bare minimum qualifications, entitled them to employment or education. Now they have to compete on a level playing field, and are finding that they can't coast by anymore.
This is Conservatism summarized in one sentence.
